HOLIDAY SCHEDULE: The National Exchange Club’s office will be closed from December 24th thru January 2nd, re-opening on January 3rd.
To ensure our members receive their orders in a timely manner prior, please see ordering schedule below:
Last dates to order for last minute items -- please plan accordingly.
- Overnight - order may be placed up to 12 noon on Dec. 22nd.
Second Day Air - order may be placed by 12 noon on Dec. 21st.
- Engraved / Special orders - order may be placed up to Dec. 14th for regular estimated delivery times. All other orders, please allow up to an additional week for delivery. *Whereas we will try to accommodate, please be advised if an order is placed late or is a rush order, we are not able to guarantee that the requested delivery time will be met due to our vendors schedules during the holidays. Thank you for your understanding.
The supply department now requires that all orders be paid in full before the order is shipped. We offer the following options:
- orders paid with a credit card at the time the order is placed are shipped immediately
- orders paid by check will be shipped when the check is received
We are happy to invoice clubs and districts and will ship these orders when payment is received.
Helpful Hint: Billing Address on your order must match the Billing Address on your Credit Card if it does not order will be declined. Please verify Billing address under Step 3 (Payment) of Checkout process- (changing the payment address will not change the shipping address.
