2023 Phoenix Sponsorship & Exhibitor Opportunities

This is an exciting opportunity to promote your brand and showcase products at Exchange’s 2023 105^th National Convention from July 12-15, 2023 Hyatt Regency, Phoenix, Arizona.  This annual event hosts hundreds of club members from across the United States and Puerto Rico. Credit Card or Check payment methods can be selected to take advantage of any of the Sponsorship or Exhibitor Opportunities.

A sponsorship of $2,000 or more will be denoted as a ‘Featured Sponsorship’. These sponsors will be recognized on The National Exchange Club’s website, within the event program, and within the event mobile app.  All artwork and logos must be submitted no later than May 15, 2023. The National Exchange Club is not responsible for poor quality reproduction due to small files. Email files to  MemberServices@NationalExchangeClub.org.  

Exhibitor Sponsorship:   Tables will be located outside the ballroom which is used for general convention sessions and meal events. The area is a popular congregating site for attendees, providing excellent exhibitor visibility. Sponsorship Includes one 6’ skirted table, plus your choice of exhibiting hours. Exhibitor Setup - Wednesday, July 12;  Exhibiting times: Thursday, July 13; 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. and Friday, July 14; 8 a.m. – 1 p.m. 
                                                                                                                                             
Exhibitor/sponsor policies: Full payment must be received in advance along with this order form to guarantee space. Full refunds are issued only if cancellation is received by June 14, 2023. A 50% refund will be issued if cancellation is received June 15-30. Cancellations after June 30 are non-refundable. Exhibitor space and sponsorship selection assignments will be made on a first received; first assigned basis. The sooner your order is confirmed with artwork, the more exposure you will recieve during pre-covnetion listings. The National Exchange Club reserves the right to assign final display locations. Teardown must be no later than 2 PM on Friday; all items must be gathered and removed from the area.
