Set of 25. The National Exchange Club is introducing a new project for the prevention of child abuse this April. It is called “Exchange Cares”. The goal is to provide items that will provide comfort or items of necessity to children who have been displaced due to neglect or abuse, house fires, homelessness, or natural disasters.

Child size backpacks are given to agencies that come in contact with children in emergency situations. These can include shelters, child protective services, resource centers, sheriff or police departments, EMTs, Emergency rooms, Red Cross and schools.
